    $500 per day / $150 deposit
    Sunday - Thursday (8am - 11pm)
  • Weekend Rate
    $1,200 per day / $300 deposit
    Friday - Saturday (8am – 1am)
  • Special Event Rate
    $1,800 / $300 deposit
    Full access from 8am Friday to 12pm Sunday

FAQ


Do you provide catering or cooking?
We do not provide catering services or cooking facilities. You can bring in your own food or have your event catered. We have a catering/serving room with plenty of countertop space lined with electrical outlets.

Can I bring or serve alcohol?
Alcohol being provided or served requires a TABC licensed bartender. BYOB is also allowed without a licensed bartender.

Who is responsible for clean up?
The party renting the facility is responsible for all clean up. Deposit will be refunded if facilities are returned in same condition as when rented.
